If you have received your invoice and wish to expedite your order, you can pay on-line via PayPal - it's fast, free and secure! However, if you prefer to pay by personal check or money order, that's okay but it will take longer for your items to be returned. Please make your check or money order payable to Greenhead Sharpening and send to the address shown on your invoice.

Net 30 Accounts:

Available for Businesses, Schools and Government Agencies. A business card must be sent with your sharpening order to be set up with net 30 billing. All net 30 accounts must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

Online Billing:

Available for our Non-Business Customers. Full payment of the total invoice amount must be made before your sharpening order is sent back to you. Once your sharpening order is received we will e-mail you an invoice. You must pay the total invoice amount with an e-check via PayPal. Once payment is complete, your sharpening order will be shipped back to you.

Sharpening Policies:

• Items with normal use will be sharpened and priced according to price sheets. If item is damaged or excessively worn, you will be contacted before sharpening and warned of extra sharpening fees.
• Items will be sharpened in 1-4 business days and promptly shipped back
• Free return shipping on orders over $30
• Items unsafe or deemed too damaged to sharpen will not be sharpened.
• Saw chains will be sharpened off saw only, do not ship entire saw.

Shipping Tips:

• Carbide tipped blades are fragile and need protection between each blade. Several layers of newspaper works well, but cardboard is a better alternative.
• Stacks of blades should be secured to prevent shifting and cutting of the shipping box.

• Router bits should be wrapped in paper or several layers of tape, if not protected by a carrier.
